Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Return Window

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Start a Return

• Email support@brambly.example.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
• We'll send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items (facial tools, brushes that touch skin) can only be returned if unopened and unused. Final sale items are marked as such on the product page and are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, color, or product entirely? Let us know when you start your return and we'll help arrange an exchange instead of a refund where stock allows.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to a change of mind may be subject to a return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. Returns due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective items) are always free.
